I went to Google to find which SERVPRO had the most stars and the Plano location had 5 stars for them so I decided to try them out.

Well they have lived up to their % star rating. Jimmy the lead tech was great! He was detailed, organized, engaging, thorough and provided great customer service. I would recommend SERVPRO and if you get Jimmy it would be a blessing for you. Thanks.

SERVPRO of Sherman helped me when a pipe in my daughter's wall burst. They were able to get to my house within an hour after I called! This was my husbands first claim so we had a ton of questions and SERVPRO was able to answer them all! Brandon kept in contact with us throughout the whole process and really made us feel like a lifeline was at the tip of our fingers. After they dried my daughters room they came back for a carpet cleaning, which took no time at all. Something I really appreciated was how neat and clean they keep their job site. I'd recommend SERVPRO if Sherman to anyone!

I came home to my home totally flooded last week and did not know what to do! I had placed a call to my insurance company who had refereed me to SERVPRO of Plano I have to say that I would highly recommend Tim Odom.  Tim has been super helpful and professional. Tim explains the entire process and was great at coordinating with the plumber and he has gone above and beyond to make this process less stressful and very helpful answering my questions.

We were really just very pleased with everyone/everything. SERVPRO was the BEST part of the ordeal!
