Our fitness studio was forced to shut down as a result of the neighboring restaurant catching fire.  We had water damage and smoke odor that needed to be cleared in order for us to reopen. it was a stressful situation and the SERVPRO of Plano helped ease my concerns.

Honestly, the customer service I had received from the team (including, but not limited to JB, Lisa, John, Jimmy, Broadrick,and Andrew) is the best I've experienced in quite a while. We were able to open in a few days and my customers noted they could not smell anything when we opened back for business. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a stressful mess. They will not only clean it up, but keep you from losing your mind as well.

After a lightning strike and subsequent fire/smoke/water/electrical damage to my house, SERVPRO was the shining star in my universe. Lisa and her team were on site the next morning to start packing and moving everything out and remediating damage. Six months later, everything was returned (cleaned!) in perfect condition and unpacked for me. The entire experience was so seamless, it was almost surreal. I would like to specifically recognize Broderick and Greg for all of their above-and-beyond assistance as well as China, Lupe, Zack, and Genois for all their tireless work to make my return home such a pleasure. Lisa was a rock of stability for me. Terry and Maricella were also part of this fabulous team and many others as well. I can't thank you all enough.
