Heavy Rains can cause major damage

SERVPRO of Plano technician's were contacted by the principal at one of our middle schools in our Plano area due to very heavy rains and flooding over the weekend. We have had a long relationship with the school district.

Major rains caused the water to rise and come up through a pipe and disperse muddy water and sewage material throughout the school.

Many classrooms, halls, cafeteria and library were saturated in a muddy sewage residue from the rising water.

Our crews spend several hours extracting several inches the muddy water throughout the building for several hours and finally reached the point of pulling cove base and setting the drying equipment. 

The school was allowed to reopen the very next day. Needless to say the Teachers and the Staff were very appreciative for our hard work.
