Ceiling Damage due to toilet overflow upstairs

SERVPRO of Plano was dispatched to a water damage in a home that was caused by a toilet overflow in an upstairs bathroom that had continued to leak for a few days.

This type of water damage should be addressed immediately and mitigated so that we can dry the structure properly.

Damage can be extensive if not addressed properly. Mold growth can begin soon after the water damage has happened costing more money.

The wet materials will need to be removed and the structure needs to be dried. This customer's home was dried to standards and renovations are starting in the next week.
