SERVPRO of Plano received a call this morning  from a commercial property owner who opened the door to his business to find water pouring out of the front door.

The pipes in the building above the ceiling had frozen due to this sudden winter weather in our area and causing major damage to his commercial property.

Several suites/offices were affected.  Some suites sustained more water damage than others. Most of these suites had contents damage as well as structure damage.

Most of the suites just needed extraction and cove base pulled as well as drying equipment set.  Our technician's know how to dry out these suites.

These suites should be completely dried to acceptable levels in about 72 hours.  

The owners and doctors were very pleased that they were still open and allowed to still see their patients.
