Water Damage can cause major damage

SERVPRO of Plano arrived onsite to a Water Damage due to an ongoing leak from the portable AC window unit that was going out.

This home has not been occupied and the damaged occurred over a few weeks to a month time frame.  The Paint is bubbled the baseboards have damage and the carpet and pad will need to be pulled and replaced. If you start the dry out on your property you most likely will be able to salvage the walls,carpeting and pad. 

Most insurance companies require you to mitigate your water damage loss to your property as soon as you find the water intrusion.
