Local beauty salon has broken pipes and floods the salon

SERVPRO of Plano was called out to a local business due to a PIPE BROKEN inside a wall of the building in the ceiling.

This broken pipe flooded the majority of the 3300 sq ft building.

SERVPRO of Plano's technicians arrived onsite within an hour and started extracting the large amount of WATER and pulled cove base. Our Technicians set up Air Movers and Dehumidifiers to expedite the drying process.  The CARPET was commercial grade so no padding was in place.

The drying for this property took three days and the contents on the job took about 6 days due to the amount of office chairs and desks.  The contents were brought back to our facility to begin the drying process.

When the contents were dried and the repairs were made to this property the contents could then be moved back into place.
