Restaurant Smoke Loss
One of SERVPRO local restaurant's called one afternoon stating that they had an employee who left a pot of their sauce on the stove top over night. The manager had come in the next morning to an awful smell with soot everywhere.
SERVPRO came out that afternoon to inspect and preform an estimate. Speaking with the manager he needed to be up and running by 5pm the next day for a pre-arraigned party.
SERVPRO crew was onside by 3pm and started the cleaning process. The entire dining area was cleaned and deodorized and ready for the manager to open his doors for the party as planned. In this case the manager did not even realize how much soot had affected the building.
This is always SERVPRO goal is to keep the commercial customer open for business and to have a very pleased manager.
