A Plano Home had a Moldy Closet

When a closet has damp clothing and poor ventilation, mold growth is a common occurrence. These fungi harm the baseboard, walls, and also the clothing, all potential losses to the homeowner in Plano. Since this problem was not identified at its early stage, our SERVPRO of Plano technicians were not able to scrub down and treat the visible damage, inject an anti-fungal solution behind the drywall and in the underlay of the wood flooring. We gutted the drywall as shown in the second photo and then treated the insulation, studs, and flooring.
